Policy-making and administrative bodies

Art. 13, chap. 1(a) and art. 14 of Legislative Decree 33/2013

In this section, Porto Conte Ricerche publishes and updates data on its organisation and information on bodies in charge of policy–making, administration and management, specifying their particular areas of responsibility. The company is managed by a Sole Administrator, appointed by Sardegna Ricerche in accordance with art. 2449 of the Italian Civil Code. The shareholders also appoint the internal control body (Sole Auditor) and the Scientific Steering Committee.
